Today's Clean Eating and Weight Loss Meal Plan

Breakfast

Trader Joe's Blueberry Bran Muffin

These muffins are dense with wheat bran and whole grain. Each muffin has less than 100 calories. They're a real treat, and a great idea for breakfast.

Mid Morning Snack

Watermelon Slices

Watermelons are the best in the summer. Enjoy them while you can.

Lunch

Pear Champagne Salad (find recipe here)

Topping salads with fruits is a great way to add extra flavor.

I've always liked pears. They're sweet, juicy and plentiful year round. With organic pear vinaigrette dressing, this pear champagne salad makes a quick and delicious way to lunch.

If you like the salad, try the recipe at Clean Eating Lunch - Pear Champagne Salad.

Afternoon Snack

Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie with Blackberries (find recipe here)

Trust me! This smoothie was good. Banana and peanut butter are already good flavors together, but when you add blackberries to it, the smoothie becomes sweeter and tastier.

Loved this for a clean eating snack. You should try it too, and get the recipe at Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

Dinner

Baked Chicken and Leek in Korean BBQ Sauce (find recipe here)

I've a feeling you'll like this recipe. The chicken came out tender and chewy; and they were swimming in sweet home-made Korean BBQ sauce. Laying over a bed of leeks, the meal is both wholesome and tasty.

By the way, although the recipe says that sesame seeds are optional, I absolutely recommend them.

You can find the recipe at Clean Eating Dinner.
