Breakfast
Fage 0% Greek Yogurt with Honey and Raspberries
If you haven't tried Fage Greek yogurt, you should. It's thick in texture and rich with flavor. Of course, like all Greek yogurt, it tastes sour, so a little bit of honey helps. Also, I like adding fresh berries.
Excellent breakfast idea! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Mid Morning Snack
Fresh Figs
Figs are so good!
They're especially good in the summer time. They're soft, juicy and fresh. Love them as quick clean eating snacks.
Lunch
Berry Salad with Organic Poppy Seed Dressing
Berries go with everything!
Because there were leftover raspberries from breakfast, I added them to the salad, along with blueberries and chicken. Then, add drizzles of organic poppy seed dressing, and a delicious lunch is served.
Afternoon Snack
Pistachios and Rainier Cherries
Dinner
Broccoli Cheese Quiche in Soy Flour Crust
Instead of regular flour, we tried soy flour. The consistency felt different, but still held the quiche together. Also, it tasted good too.
I definitely recommend using soy flour for quiche. Oh, and broccoli and cheese are fantastic too. I'd like to try whole wheat flour next time, but definitely recommend soy.
