ReplyDeleteLovely photos and the food are all looking good! I've been on the military diet for a week now and so far, this low carb diet is the best one I've tried. Not that I tried many but enough to know that I won't be stuck and bored with this one. I can cycle the diet so it can be 3 days on and 4 days off but I make sure I follow the recommended calories and I don't overeat.
