Hope you like the recipe.
This is a delicious meal, you can even mix this with quinoa rice for a more delicious, healthy weight loss meal.
ReplyDeleteIt'd be low carb if we could find another wrap. Maybe a lettuce wrap?
ReplyDeleteCould you make the mix ahead of time and then add the dressing later and wrap it up the day of?
ReplyDeleteWe really liked this! I sub a half a bag of slaw mix for the cabbage and carrots, but followed every thing else. Oh and found this spinach and herb tortilla wrap at wal mart. Only 50 calories per wrap! And it is made 100% whole wheat, olive oil and flax seed! Used Paul Newman's sesame ginger dressing, only 35 calories a serving. So this really was a delicious healthy meal. Thanks!!! Oh and I think you should mix this ahead of time, I did, with the dressing to allow the flavors to combine!
ReplyDeleteThat wrap was purchased pre-made from Costco...
ReplyDeleteHave you tried this with beef? I don't like chicken that much, will ask my mother to cook this for me this weekend. I get my meals from Activeats, you should also try them, love their recipes.
