Pan-Seared Egg-Dipped Chicken Sausage (recipe here)

These are Applegate organic chicken sausage. They're gluten-free, caisen-free and certified organic. They do not contain preservatives or antibiotics. Also, they taste fantastic! They're my go-to sausage if I ever crave them.

I loved that this breakfast was easy to make and full of protein. A great start for any day.






Mid Morning Snack

Mixed Berries and Sweet Pea Snaps



Lunch

Chicken and Sweet Pea Stir Fry (get recipe here)

Loved today's clean eating stir fry. The natural sweetness of the peas mended well with the chicken. Also, sliced chicken always tastes tender--and we like that.

Afternoon Snack

Superfood Ravioli

I love easy healthy recipes--and tonight's dinner was just that.
