Clean Eating Weight Loss Meal Plan 42

Breakfast

Tomato Onion and Eggs (get recipe here)

Eggs are fantastic for breakfast. They're also fantastic for clean eating.

Today's breakfast was wholesome and delicious, with plenty of eggs and vegetables. You can substitute green onion for other types of onion. Personally-speaking, the green onion's grassy flavor combined better with the eggs. Regardless, this dish was an excellent way to start the day. Hope you agree.

Lunch

Whole Wheat Onion Pancake with Butter Chicken

If you haven't tried Chinese Onion Pancake (or Scallion Pancake), you must. Made mainly of scallion, oil and flour, it's folded to perfection and absolutely mouthwatering. It's one of the most popular street foods in China.

Today's Onion Pancake was made with preservative-free ingredients and whole wheat flour. It still tasted great, just like the onion cakes I had growing up in China.

I paired today's onion cakes with a side of butter chicken, which was made using Maya Kaimal Butter Masala Simmer Sauce. The sauce is gluten-free, wheat-free, organic and vegan-friendly. Plus, it tasted awesome. I definitely recommend it for a quick clean meal.

Afternoon Snack

Banana Mint Ice-Cream (recipe here)

This was one of the BEST clean eating desserts or snacks I've ever had! It was minty, sweet and refreshing. Tasted just like real ice-cream. As long as you have a food processor, you're good to go. Definitely give this a try.

Dinner

Pork in Maple Mustard Glaze (recipe at this link)

What a delicious, delicious clean eating recipe!

Loved the sweet and sour maple glaze, which was made with real maple syrup that's completely clean. The pork was tender; the sauce was savory; and the sides were wholesome. This was one of my favorite clean eating dinners, and I highly recommend it.
